UNOBENTO celebrated 10 years anniversary with Studio KU+ on September, 2019.
I would like to say thank you to all of you. UNOBENTO could keep running till now because of your strong support.

では、今回はパーティーでの料理について書きたいと思います。
SHIPPO patterns/七宝紋
The foods were inspired by 'Shippo' patterns.
Shippo refers to a design that consists of many intersecting circles. It symbolizes the connections between people is worth the seven treasures.
UNOBENTO１０周年お祝いの料理は「七宝」をコンセプトに作りました。
人とのご縁でこの10年仕事をさせていただけたことをひしひしと感じているのでこの七宝紋の意味がとてもしっくり感じていました。昔の人も私も変わらない感覚があるのが面白いです。

Shippo contains 'Seven treasures of Gold, Silver, Lapis lazuli, Crystal, Coral, Giant clamshells and Agate' that represent treasures from all over the world.
These small bits on the table are translated from Shippo to edible treasures to celebrate the special time and share with you. Shippo patterns represent what exactly I feel this wonderful encounter between you and me.
七宝紋は輪が四方八方に無限に広がる模様で「人と人を繋ぐ輪は７つの宝と同じ価値がある」ことを象徴しています。
７つの宝とは、金、銀、瑠璃、玻璃（水晶）、珊瑚、シャコ貝、メノウのことです。
この7つの宝を食べ物に見立てました。
